KB Insurance announced on the 18th that DeepBrain AI, a domestic AI specialist company led by CEO Jang Se-young, will support them with the AI video synthesis platform 'AI Studios'.
Since March, KB Insurance has conducted a three-month pilot introduction of DeepBrain AI's personalized AI custom video production solution, 'Dream Avatar', and AI Studios. During this period, they successfully applied generative AI technology in various business sectors, including direct marketing, consumer support, compliance support, auto products, and marketing planning, producing approximately 180 videos each about 10 minutes long.
In order to enhance customer innovation and maximize operational efficiency, KB Insurance has officially decided to introduce AI Studios. They plan to expand its utilization across various departments and produce AI guidance video content for customer-related communications.
In addition, DeepBrain AI will provide education to internal KB Insurance employees to introduce new features of AI Studios for successful implementation. Through this introduction, KB Insurance aims to accelerate the adoption of generative AI technology.
Among domestic companies using DeepBrain AI's AI Studios platform, KB Insurance has shown the most proactive utilization across different sectors within the financial industry.
AI Studios is a generative video solution based on 'Text-to-Video' technology, enabling video creation and editing using virtual humans. Users can input commands or upload URLs, documents, etc., and the platform automatically assembles personalized videos with suitable virtual humans, backgrounds, music, and other elements. Furthermore, it supports easy and convenient creation of custom avatars resembling users in real-time using a webcam or images and recording files, making it highly adaptable for creating personalized messages in multiple languages.
DeepBrain AI CEO Jang Se-young expressed satisfaction with the strengthened cooperation with KB Insurance, citing the successful pilot introduction over the past three months. He stated, "I hope various companies will experience the success of improving customer experience innovation and operational efficiency by introducing AI Studios."
