However, if the retention period agreed upon by the data subject has passed or the processing purpose has been achieved but other laws require the continued retention of personal information, the relevant information is moved to a separate database (DB) or stored in a different location. In such cases, the information will never be used for other purposes.

DeepBrain AI, through license agreements with the licensors of the applications listed below, may access third-party applications as part of its services. In such cases, personal information related to the applications may be shared with the licensors and accessed under the terms of the license agreement and privacy policy.
